Refunds are handled in line with our Terms and applicable consumer laws. In general, payments for the current billing period (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable, unless a refund is required by mandatory law — for example, in the case of a valid withdrawal request or a lack of conformity of the digital service.
To help us verify your request quickly, please include the email address linked to your SmartBet account, the payment date, amount, currency, and a short explanation of the issue. If you paid by card, do not send full card details — the payment method and (if available) the last 4 digits are enough.
